Ecologically Earth-Friendly options for business cards
Recycled cardstock has been available since early 1980. Neenah
Paper Company was a leader in this direction. To read what they have to
say about recycled content, visit here
Almost all cardstock is recycled to some extent, however, it is suggested that the recycle "bug"
only be used if the stock contains 100% recycled fiber | 30% post consumer content
We are able to offer many stocks with that level of content and even higher, up to: 100% | 100%.
View some of the recycled cardstocks that we have available.
In addition, there are "vegetable based" inks to complete the picture. Go here to view Calfornia
Business Waste Management Faq's for
a more complete description and to better control waste.
So, what do you think, will/should Eco-Earth Friendly printing cost less, or more?
Good News/Bad News, first the bad, yes, it costs more to recycle paper stock, so the cardstock
costs more. Good News, you can watch your usage, order less cards and avoid throwing away
old, outdated printed material. A common practice is to order 250 cards for those in the office
and 1000 for your salespeople. We have great packages for your company that won't cost
an arm and a leg
Finally, the major drawback we can see. Printing with just black ink is the most Eco-Earth Friendly
option possible. Other colors may contain harmful materials, and of course, add to the price.
Is it worth it to your company to be a leader in reducing your "carbon imprint"?
How committed
are you? Only you can answer that question.
