Please have a pencil ready to jot down the Logo# that you prefer.
You will need to add this number to your order at the bottom of the order form.

If you do not indicate a different number for your logo, the cards will be printed with no logo,
or with the logo that you originally chose from the catalogue.

Go to Additional New Logos
